I have a armed response contract from Suricate. On 18th of december i had a breakin in my house. the alarm started at 12:33 PM and continued up to 14:55. The security company responded only at 14:51 and in their report they declared everything fine while the breakin happened though one of the windows which was clearly visible from outside. Even when i came back i called the company to report the breakin they took more than 1/2 hour to respond. i have lost more than 100000 rands. read full review »
