I ordered an engagement ring from the Cartier collection, I was told it would take 3 months for delivery. Three days before Christmas, they said the ring is no longer made and hasn't been made for more than a year. They said I could buy something else or they would refund my payment within 30 days. Of course I want my money back, but to wait three months to tell me something they should have known immediately? That is fraud, at best; but THREE DAYS BEFORE CHRISTMAS!!!???!!!
