Hi, I have requested for disconnecting my Vodafone connection in August. After lot of follow up and hassel, i got the connection disconnected and settled all the balance amount. The very next month i got a bill even without making a single call for Rs 345. I did a follow up and after lot of e mail exchanges, they agreed to refund Rs.189. Again the next month i got another bill for Rs.145. When i asked them they sad they will stop send ing the e-mail.
