i have service contract of three years with eureka forbes for water purifier .i had launched a complaint of my water purifier. the technician said one part is broken it has to be replace. so he told he will be back within 2 days. but after 2 days no reply . so after that after i asked about my complaint status the lady who receives the complaints answered very very roudly . the aproach was very roud to the customer. i took the no of the head of the service department n called him but all the time his no is temporarily out of service. since 4... read full review »
