I attempted to return a faulty top to TK Maxx Bristol. I couldn't find the receipt but had my Bank statement and the top (unworn) complete with all labels. They didn't have replacement and told me they were unwilling to offer a credit note or exchange based on my bank statement. Basically I was told that TK Maxx do not sell Calvin Klein tops at £79.99, in fact not over £34.99, so I did not buy it from them. They were basically rude and tried to make out I was lying.
