I had taken 15 cug postpaid connections for the workers and with a commitment from the distributor that the bills shall be sent online before 5th of each month to enable me to deduct from the salaries of the workers the bill amount and that 3 NOKIA mobiles shall be given. But contrary nothing happened and when workers had left the job neither I was able to deduct from the salary nor could do anything to stop the operation of the cell despite may complaints to the service provider.
