Purchase a service agreement from Sears, tech came out order the part. Had reschedule return appointment because parts did not get here in time for return service call. Tech came out to put in part the first tech order the wrong part and did not order another part that was needed. Part was on emergency order. it is now Dec 27 still no part and service person due tomorrow. Was told by Sears part had not been ship and third party parts company close.
