i purchased a denali north face on 12/21/10 not realizing i should first look for reviews. Website exactly resembled the real NORTH FACE website...after i made the purchase, i said nope i shouldnt have done this, when realizing there was no phone number to call. I sent them 20-30 emails saying please refund me, i ordered it incorrectly, i dont want it..dont put credit card thru...emailed the third party credit card processor. to NO avail...no one answered me back...they did process my money... no contact as to when item was going out...went to... read full review »
