Do anyone know where this people go? I made a down payment for $1500.00 on November 2010 to Reza Behroozian and purchase car insurance from a guy name O. BLAU. Reza Behroozan say to pick up the SUV (it was a Jeep) in 5 day and I was give temperory insurance papers. When I go to the place I find it closed but car still were seen. I went a few day ago and I see that it is 100% closed. But how do I get my refund? How do he take money and not give it back? Anyone can help me?
