This year I have brought a number of products from your company and am shocked at the poor level of customer service to say the least. Only a few months ago I purchased some audio equipment and installation, only to turn up and be informed your sales representative had failed to book it. Naturally I was angry, however to top it off, your installer said it wasn't his problem and that I would have to rebook.
