In September of 2009 I had taken my 2009 Grand Caravan to the aforementioned Mr.Lube for a quick oil change. I don't usually go to Mr. Lube and had been warned about them by mechanics who are relatives as well as other mechanics. I figured "It's just an oil change... how can anyone screw that up?"
