I availed the service of yatrii.com to organise a tour to dalhousie-dharmshala for students of my institute. Not only they charged an exorbiant amount but also their tour organiser ran away with the entire money in the middle of the tour. Hotels provided to us were filthy and degraded. Food was awful. No sightseeing and excursions were sponsered unless they were coaxed to. Students and teachers had to shell out from their pockets. On the route, no food was provided.
