If you want to speak to someone at the Disney Movie Club call 1-920-521-4015. Apparently you have to use the number for rotary phone users to actually speak to someone. I just found out that they are sending me a movie that I know that I declined. After not getting anyone at the number on the website (800-362-4587), I figured out that I needed to try the number that they give for rotary phone users.
