This organization doesn't know how to treat their customers. They should be barred to do any business. After multiple requests (telephonic & emails), they have not refunded the money for the ticket which they didn't/couldn't issue. It is a harassment talking to them to get the refund - as they can bang the phone or wont come on the phone. Details in the attachment. It has been 20+ days and I haven't received the refund.
