Booked Avalon Reef Hotel (Mexico) through Expedia.ca. They promise amenities (which you pay for) that aren't available. Hotel is a dump, completely misrepresented by Expedia. Called Expedia who have customer service (use the term lightly) staff in Egypt who can't do anything but ask you to write a complaint on Expedia's website. Talked to a "manager" who YELLED at me when I was calmly explaining the circumstances and substance of my complaint.
