ordered flowers on Dec2 to be delieved same day. Was charged the extra 20.. for this to happen. It is Dec 5 & cannot get an answer on where these have gone. Was told by their customer service person that they would have to put a trace on it. After 3 days they are probalby dead!!! They better refuned the 70.00 dollars that they put on my credit card, tha tthey didn't have a problem with. read full review »
