I'm so glad to see that there are so many other people who feel exactly the same way as i do about MTN. All i can say is please stay away from MTN. Switch to another services provider. Most pathetic service I've ever received from any company. Never mind the levels of incompetence. In the same breath, please stay away from NOKIA.
