We ordered Pandora Charms from them the end of November and it is the middle of January, never received them. They gave us a USPS tracking but the post office had never heard of the number. They charged us right away and send bogus letters with misspellings to tell us it is coming but it isn't. Also, do not use this visamasterpayer.com, it too works with the bogus company.
