After several attempts via phone calls and e mails and faxes there is no response from Prokard 10100155 We were so excited to go on holiday for the 1st time in 14yrs and as we were going to stay in Protea hotel Saldana we decided to become Prokard members. So before we joined Prokard we phoned and Prokard confirmes that as we are new members we wont have our Prokard card before we go on holiday but that it wont be a problem - use only the number.
