I had a CitiBank credit card for many years which I rarely used. The few times I used it I had problems with CitiBank properly crediting payments on time which resulted in interest and late payment fees which I disputed and I cancelled my CitiBank credit card. After cancelling my credit card, CitiBank continued to charge fees on the disputed amount although the cardholder agreement states that the primary cardholder is not responsible for any fees after the card is cancelled.
