I'm upset because of the way they are working, how is it possible that my sister request a Visa for her 2 kids just to come and visit Disney world, we were going to pick up the kids in Bogota, Colombia so they didn't have to travel alone and this employee in booth 18 decide to not give the Visa to 2 little kids that just have the fantasy to come and see where we live for the past 15 yrs.
