I bought a wireless router and was having problems downloading to my laptop so contacted the number for technical support which was iYogi. Long story short one of their techs crashed my computer. I was guaranteed that my laptop would be restored within 48 hours by their Expert Group and they would call me back within a specific time frame. They did not call me back nor were they able to restore my computer...surprise, surprise. They did refund my money of $39.99 ~ big deal.
