About 11 months back I was unfortunate enough to get Airtel DTH unfortunate enough to get Airtel DTH. Since 2nd week of Oct 10, the dth channal displayed frequency is logged such error shows 001. but the sub distributer told the STB is not working. So a new one can purchase and fix them .Despite repeatedly calling up the customer care, no service was provided. No technician came to my house to restore or change the STB. I was also told eventhough they have provided shoddy and negligent service I cannot expect any refund...
