Norton Antivirus Protection, I am writing you to ask that you credit my VISA card with the $64.19 charge on 11/29/10. I have not had Norton Protection since my computer crashed early last year. I have tried to cancel this, but have been unable to do so. I waited for nearly an hour when I called the 1-800 nunber listed on your website. Please get this message to the proper person so this charge for 2011 will be removed from my credit card. I have none of the Norton information requested in other screens.
