Bell Solo continues to overcharge on a phone that has not been in use since July 2010. We've called to complaint, we were supposed to be on the $15 plan until the contract of that phone ended in Dec. 2010. We are continually charged for features we have not agreed to, we just wanted to buy out the contract. We now ow about $200 for a phone we haven;t used since July because it broke, this was THEIR solution and they continue to charge all the extra features.
