I got a new BlackBerry in September of 2010. By December 2010 the phone had broken down completely, without suffering any serious falls or other damage, and so I sent it in to be repaired at Vodacom. I waited a month for the call to come that my phone was fixed and I could collect it, and eventually phoned in for the third time, at which stage an employee informed me that my phone had been ready for a week and a half, and I could collect.
