I contacted the 0861 201 000 number to enquire about a card. This unprofessional lady by the name of Penny answered, and told me to call another department. According to the voice prompts - I was definitely in the correct department. When I asked her to put me through to the dept, as I was driving and could not write the number down - she says she cant.
