Had the misfortune of flying with SAA to LOS from JNB (SA060 dept 20 Feb 2010). Along with scores of other passengers, I experienced missing luggage and theft from checked luggage. The degree and scale to which my fellow passengers and myself were targeted can only lead me to conclude that your baggage handling services in JNB have been contracted to an organised crime cartel.
