I contacted the call centre to retrieve my PUK number for a contract phone. The account is on father's name and therefore I was not able to get the PUK number, which I understood. I then explained my situation to the consultant, who informed that there was nothing she can do and that I have to get my father to contact them and provide them with his details in order for them to assist, which once again I understood.
