A client of Zurich insurance crashed into my car and when i phoned Zurich they tell me that it will take 3 to 6 months before my car will be fixed. How is this possible. Are they trying to get me not to claim from them. This is disgusting insurance service and arrogant telephone manners by their call centre staff. read full review »
