I bought a Kodak cw330 camera and printer dock in December 05 about three years ago. Only four months of using this camera it was only partially working. Only 4 out of eight settings on the scroll wheel were working. I contacted Kodak via email, it was still under the Kodak warranty, because I had only owned it for four months. I did not get a response and contacted Kodak a few more times, again I received no response. Now I have a camera that works half way, and a jammed printer dock.
