Website also claims they will be happy to exchange or refund, a lie as well. After receiving my bracelets, I found out they do not look like the pictures on the website at all, check pictures 1 (from website), and 2 (from actual product I received). I emailed and complaint and asked for refund, they kept saying there was nothing wrong with their products, ie. silver, and refuse to give me a return address and refund the money.
