I took my truck in for a routine oil change at Canadian Tire as I have for the past 10 + years. The oil I use in my truck is from off the self and not an option in their computer (GTX 5 20). I did accidentally grab the wrong weight of oil, in fact I grabbed the 20 50; I brought it to the counter and waited for the sale/service staff to acknowledge me; I might add that he was a new hire, 3 weeks.
