We booked our senior PM on a flight to George - leaving Sunday 1:25. Due to bad weather the flight was delayed. It took him 3 days to get to George, all of which he spent at OR Thambo trying to get any form of assistance. SAA could not offer any updates, a re-route, refund or any other solution. It was embarrassing and dispicable to say the least. All of my other staff who flew one time, were re-routed to PE and transferred at no additional cost.
