I have received nothing but bad service from Neotel, the latest being a billing query that has taken three months to resolve. I cancelled my service with Neotel in December 2009 and was told that I will not be charged for the device as the area I was moving to was not covered by the network. My joy was shorted lived for I received a call from the terminations department informing me that I will be charged R1400 for the device.
