I am looking for advice on how to follow up on a builder that has not met his obligations. Graham Block from Build Solutions under took to do R300 000 alterations to my home in January 2007. Unfortunately he doesn't seem to be registered with the NHBR. He did the majority of the work he promised in the first 6 months, but after receiving final payment has been lax to complete the job.
