Sunwing Complaint My family and I went on vacation to Riu Emerald Bay on our last day, when we were going home we were very disappointed with the service that was provided. We are six of us, there were alot of empty seats, and my husband was not allowed on the same bus as us. I couldn't understand why we were separated into two different buses.
