During the month of October 2010 I tranferred AED5, 000 from my EmiratesNBD account to my AMEX card in Australia using the web tool offered by the same Bank to process the transaction on-line. Having used the on-line service successfully in the past, I thought that this should be a routine/easy/no problem transaction.
