I have a my family top up contract for a 3G card with Vodacom. The card does not pick up signal in any areas. I travel between Shelly Beach and Pietermaritzburg and the internet does not work regardless of location. It picks up gprs occasionally but even then it is unreliable and I get disconnected frequently. I cannot rely apon the service. I have logged numerous complaints over the last few months, each time to be told that someone will contact me back, and this promise has not been kept.
