About 3 weeks ago I posted my complaint regarding the terrible service I received from Standard bank, to date my query has not been sorted. I feel like I was just given a call by standard bank to shut me up or at least to make sure that I do not post another complaint. I was given a call from a lady the day after I posted my complaint who assured me that she would assist me and my problem would be sorted out soon.
