I subscribe to 'My updates'. I have multiple accounts and used to recieve SMS transactions on all. Every six months or so - one specific account's SMS messages just fail to appear. I go into the branch - get to speak to different consultants every time, identify myself, explain the story, they phone their call centre, they identify themselves and me, explain the story etc. After a day or two, I start receiving all SMS messages again but six or seven month down the line - I am put through the same agony.
