On the 20th February I went to FNB Benmore Gardens, and requested my cheque account be changed to a student account as I have started studying full time this year. I supplied the branch manager with all relevant documentation as proof. I had to go to Benmore Gardens branch, as my branch Craighall, is closed until April for renovations. She assured me that my account would be changed within the next three working days (by February 24).
