I have had my Telkom at home for at least 4-5months. I pay Telkom every month for services which simply don't work. I have had to contact them several times, inquiring as to why I pay a monthly fee for a fax to email service, which simply does not work. I am self employed and rely on this service to receive my business faxes & to date it has never worked.
