I went to draw R200 at the ATM at Adderley Street, Cape Town on Monday morning. The machine retuned my card and gave me a slip but no money then it went offline. I went inside the bank and spoke to an employee who said that they cannot do anything at the moment but will phone me later. I still have not had a phone call from her. I called the branch later that day and was informed that I need to wait for the atm machine to be checked.
