For the past three months I have been trying to get Cell C to cancel my account. It expired in December. In December, I sent an email to their customer services at both of the email addresses I found for them stating that I am cancelling the contract. Since then I have received two bills and two debit orders. They are still charging me for the account! So once again, I emailed and sent them a signed faxed letter stating that I am terminating my contract with immediate effect.
