I purchased a RIM SIM card on Dec 27th 2010 in Coimbatore because I was travelling to Bangalore the next day and the SIM card vendor told that the current deal from Reliance was 50p for all incoming and outgoing calls while roaming. The cost of the SIM card was Rs. 35 which gave me call time for Rs. 30. I also topped it up for an additional Rs. 75 and my total was Rs. 105.
