ON Nov 20/2010 7:49 PM I agreed to pay $3.87 for shipping costs on a trial order of Tooth Whitening product. I received no other documents just the email confirming the Charge of $3, 87 to my Visa Card. The shipment was mailed On Dec 27 2010 and arrived in early Jan 2011.
