I rolled over my vehicle on Dec 13, 2010 and reported same day. 24 days later my vehicle was still sitting on side of highway, now it is at JUNK yard, and they telling me they need an ESTIMATE from independent company and it may take a while. Same as with towing company. Today is Jan 16, and even I don't want to call them, just sick of lies. read full review »
