My fiance has given her Nokia N78 to MTN (Cresta branch) for repairs on the 26th of January 2010 (over a month ago) and MTN has not given us feedback as to whether the phone has been sent for repairs or is repaired. This is the second time that the phone is going in for repairs due to the same problem, faulty screen (phone comes on but screen stays blank). We did have the exact same problem the last time we sent the phone in to the same branch for the same fault.
