I submitted my application form to add my daughter to my Mdical aid on 8 December 2009. I received and reference number back to confirm that the email and application was received. I then needed to get her vacinations done and discovered that my daughter was not added to my Medical aid. 3 months later, Nothing has been done about the application form that I sent in!
